It is necessary that you know that this mission will be impossible, as long as there will be no repentance made to me in the medical files of : the UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL COMPLEX of SHERBROOKE, HOSPITAL COMPLEX of VERDUN, HOSPITAL COMPLEX of ST MARY and the PHILIPPE PINEL INSTITUTE of MONTREAL. Also for having multiplied the criminal actions directed against my person while acting without judgment of Court, to have to let me live without shelter and food during more than three years.
