Did you know that in Canada, February 08th is the national Day of commemoration and action against the violence towards men? Having been instituted in the year 2006 by the DR serge Bourassa-Lacombe foundation. this day coincides with the sad event that took place when a telephone calls was made by his roommate Gaetane gagne to the police against serge joseph adrien bourassa-lacombe. he had decided to change his name to avoid future errors (he was named in the past Serge Lacombe). In fact he was place under arrest by the sherbrooke Police and further to an judicial error of identity and imprisoned in a psychiatric hospital (without any court order) during 57 days, simply because he was a man believing in Jesus Christ and in God, led as he was by the Holy spirit to help others.

February 08th 1995, at the college of sherbrooke today called cegep of sherbrooke, serge was accused, by a classmate as becoming like «MARC lepine II». while she was in a crisis of hysteria and shedding tears in front of all pupils of her class, some teachers as well as certain technicians of the cegep, while Serge was AT the point of ending his studies in animal health.

this man had never had any problem with the justice system and was considered a peaceful man while on February 11th, 1995 the sherbrooke police took him to the complex hospital of sherbrooke university (CHUS) also called complex university of health of eastern Township (cuse). It was there that he was detained 57 days without any court order and that he was tortured physically, mentally and chemically (lithium + haldol + dalmane + rivotril + cogentin + ativan + stélazine). he was also ill-treated by the doctors as (manic-depressive + paranoiac + schizophrenic + attained by mystical and religious frenzy + narcissism + possible to become a serial killer). They committed a second offence towards him in 2003 by giving him in the emergency some «Ghb» the Gamma-hydroxybutyrate  is Commonly called the narcotic of rape and torture him SOME more (ACÉTAMINOPHÈNE + Lithium + ducosate + ZYPREXA + RISPERDAL + cogentin + Haldol + modecate + Ativan + MAALOX) by projecting him as a mentally ill person before the Superior court of Canada in order this time to acquire the different court order concerning his detention and treatment by not hesitating at all to perjure themselves in front of the judge. On July 18th, 1995, Serge was ill-treated by Dr Laurent Boisvert at the Verdun Hospital (CHA): www.bourassa-lacombe.org/en/table/cha.htm. Besides having been imprisoned and assessed at the Psychiatric Institute Philippe Pinel of Montreal in 1997. he was also tortured at the Douglas hospital in Verdun in 2004. They also gaved him narcotics knowing that these would bring him to suicidal thoughts.

Beyond the commemoration of the loss of THIS QUALITY OF LIFE, this day allows to make a time of stopping to think about the phenomenon of violence towards Men and young BOYS in our society. It is also the opportune time to have a thoughts towards those who live every day under the threat of violence or who died or committed suicide following acts of violence towards them specifically. It is also an opportunity for groups and individuals to think of the concrete measures which would permit to prevent and to eliminate all forms of violence towards the Men and the young BOYS.

Week of prevention of the suicide
Four suicides on average a day in Quebec

The 16th Week of prevention of the suicide started on Sunday. Quebec is particularly affected by this phenomenon: the province ranks is the third rank in the world after Japan and Finland.

There are on average four suicides a day in Quebec, are 1400 deceases per year. It is in fact the first reason of mortality among the people younger than 40 years.

What is even more frightening, it is that the number of attempted suicides is from 10 to 30 times more than actual rates of suicides.

According to the centres of prevention of suicide, 80 percents of suicides are committed by men between 20 and 50 year old.

One of the hypotheses that can explain this phenomenon is difficulty for the men to seek for help.

The Week of prevention follows objectives such information on the existence of means in prevention of the suicide and the demystification of the problems of suicide.

The Cowboys Fringants, Lynda Lemay and La Volée d'Castors joined the fight against suicide this year.

Dr Serge Joseph Adrien Bourassa-lacombe president of DR serge bourassa-lacombe foundation made the following statement on the occasion of the national Day of commemoration and action against the violence towards men.

Montreal (Quebec)

a day which marks the 11th anniversary of his arrest by the police of sherbrooke to be then taken against his will in the complex hospital university of sherbrooke (CHUS/CUSE) to be subjected to any kind of torture with an intensity there driving him in suicidal thoughts reducing him almost to death.

in February 1995, the quality of life of a man was destroyed because policemen were wrong, they took him for another individual. Besides, people abused their powers in the cegep and in the teaching hospital of sherbrooke simply because he was a man who believed in Jesus Christ and in God, led that he was by the Holy spirit to help others. Instituted in 2006, the national Day of commemoration and action against the violence made TO MEN reminds us of this sad event.

Today, our thoughts go towards the families of these men, their friends and all those that they affected and to whom they miss so much. Although several years have pass since this terrible day, our memory and our feelings of loss are stronger than ever.

But our will is unshakeable. And while we think of all these men and these young boys of victims of violence in the home, in the school, in the guardhouse, in the hospital are heart go out to them. as well as all others persons with whom daily life is punctuated with threats of violence, we are caused to stay down efforts to eliminate from our society for ever the violence based, on whatever it is.

we think that it is very important to ask for a royal commission of inquiry into abuses in mental health in the hospitals system. We want from this commission to dispel the illusions this area which they want to keep so MYSTICAL and so ECLIPSED because SEVERAL CHARLATANS or even IMPOSTORS who exploit CREDULITY of PUBLIC what puts the NATIONAL SECURITY of our COUNTRY in DANGER for a long time already.

for it is only God who can create the better world, and the believers express their aspiration towards this better world by praying: «Thy kingdom come.» in This reign to come «The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them.» Isaiah 11:6

this is the reason of the importance to believe in Jesus Christ, the king of kings and lord of lords, he is the only living God, all others are died. it is also necessary to understand his word, with the help of the inheritance he left for us the holy spirit.

The Doctor Jean-Claude Fortin, Syndic assistant of the College of the doctors it is hastened to formulate me a confidential and protectionist answer on June 22, 2004 for 15 psychiatrists + 8 doctors + 3 hospitals + 2 ambulance people. In its assertion it is unaware of the Hospital complex of Verdun to tackle the Douglas Hospital, whereas until now I do not carry any complaint towards the Douglas Hospital my complaint is directed towards Mario Roy, psychiatrist. The assertion of Jean-Claude Fortin in N/file: 26681 is thus flamer in more of being homicidal. It has been very a mutilator for nine years for a whole system of health which dies.
By considering that I refuse to commit suicide or kill because I hold tight to «The Pen Is Mightier Than the Sword» If you can support the efforts of the «Warrior of the Light» or of «Terry Fox» of the Mental health on the table or underneath the table do not hesitate any more before the return of the KING of the kings & the LORD of the lords. Because if you ridges nothing whereas you can do something you become responsible for this medical failure. That GOD OUR-FATHER of all comes to assist you by the POWER of HIS HOLY-SPIRIT. Press release of Tuesday June 27 2000 - The Tribune of Sherbrooke - Shortage of psychiatrists to the CHUS - During the last 10 months, six of the 18 members of the team of specialists in the department of psychiatry of the University Hospital complex of Sherbrooke gave their resignation - 30 - Serge Joseph Adrien Bourassa-Lacombe would like to know:  Were they implied in the file of the CHUS 398 068?  Were they confronted with the potential of dangerosity of the medium (even MAFIA MEDICAL)?  If somebody has information being able to help me to obtain justice against the medical profession implied in the file of the CHUS 398 068.  These revelations will be very appreciated to convince the culprits repentance and to understand that the truth which is known as celandine the body and cures the heart.  Then it is better for them that the truth is revealed the rather possible one, because Jesus-Christ will clarify one day what is hidden in darkness, and that he will express the intentions of the hearts.  Then each one will receive from God the praise that will be due for him!

I gaved an offering of 800 business cards of Serge Bourassa-Lacombe Foundation, a card for each congressman, 1 Kilo of rotted fish and 3 pieces of angel's cake so that Dr. Lafleur one of the organizers of the event understands that it would have been better in the name of the humans rights and of the mental health to have invited Serge Bourassa-Lacombe's Foundation in order to let those congressmen profit from the specialized expertise in mental health of his president in order to see a reduction in criminality, relapse crime and suicide, to build a better country. It is necessary that you know that this mission will be impossible, as long as there will be no repentance made to me in the medical files of : the UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL COMPLEX of SHERBROOKE, HOSPITAL COMPLEX of VERDUN, HOSPITAL COMPLEX of ST MARY and the PHILIPPE PINEL INSTITUTE of MONTREAL.
