LAFLEUR ONE OF THE ORGANIZERS OF THE EVENT UNDERSTANDS THAT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER IN THE NAME OF THE HUMANS RIGHTS AND OF THE MENTAL HEALTH TO HAVE INVITED SERGE BOURASSA-LACOMBE'S FOUNDATION IN ORDER TO LET THOSE CONGRESSMEN PROFIT FROM THE SPECIALIZED EXPERTISE IN MENTAL HEALTH OF HIS PRESIDENT IN ORDER TO SEE A REDUCTION IN CRIMINALITY, RELAPSE CRIME AND SUICIDE, TO BUILD A BETTER COUNTRY.
