We acknowledge receipt of several documents that you deposited at the reception of the College of the doctors of Quebec, June 21, 2004, and that you identify as being the complaints towards 15 psychiatrists, 8 doctors, 3 hospitals and 2 ambulance people. The given documents consist of 4 bulky books as well as a CD.
You denounce the treatments which were provided to you by various doctors and psychiatrists in various establishments such Douglas Hospital, the CHUS Fleurimont and Hôtel-Dieu. We also note that you seem to be the subject of an ordinance of treatment pronounced by the Superior Court for one period of 1 year in April 2003 and who seems to be renewed for one 3 years period in spring 2004.
With the reading of the presented documents, we cannot find an evidence of deontological failure which could justify an investigation of the Office of the Syndic. We thus inform you by the presence that we will not take action on your request for investigation.
