SEROQUEL, THIS DRUG WILL HELP YOU TO SLEEP MORE WILL BRINGING YOU BACK ON GROUND, IT IS WHEN YOU WILL REALIZE THAT YOU ARE NOT SO BIG AND THAT IN FACTS YOU LIVE ON THE SOCIAL AID. On top of that Dr. MARIO ROY, psychiatrist, disavowed, HIs Solemn promise of Hippocrate and HIs professional Solemn promise at the same time.

By the fact even Dr. MARIO ROY, psychiatrist violated several articles of the Code of ethics of the doctors, R.Q. M-9, r.4.1, of the criminal Code, [L.R. 1985, CH. C-46] of the Canadian Law on the Rights of the person, [L.R. 1985, CH. H-6] of the Constitutional Law of 1982, the Canadian Charter of the Rights and Freedoms, the Charter of the rights and freedoms of the person, L.R.Q. C-12 of the Declaration of Lisbon of World Medical Association on the Patient's rights.

Serge Joseph Adrien Bourassa-Lacombe reproaches to the «AMBULANCE Of ESTRIE» as to the ambulance people Regimental # T0106 Regimental # C0461 to have led him by ambulance whereas that was not necessary and to have written a mis representation of transport on March 22, 2003 relating to it in which Mr Bourassa-Lacombe is revealed like a person disorientated, with the non-cohesive language during his transport and that he is not directed in the three spheres, the whole with an aim of protecting the «CHUS - FLEURIMONT» from its criminal activities in file «CHUS 398 068» from February 11, 1995 to April 12, 1995.
