Considering that the American Immigration asked me to return to my country given that my name had been changed by Me Guy Lavigne, director of the Registry office of Quebec in the decision No. 1996 CN  1149

Considering that Police superintendent and/or of the Committee of the police deontology of Quebec in touch with the Service of Police of the City of Sherbrooke were rejected whatever real.

While in Canada so that our candidature is accepted as a candidate when we are capable of supplying under oath a fixed address and a phone number while being able to supply a proof confirms of its identity in front of the Director of the elections.

Considering that since April 20th, 2002 06:50AM Eastern Advanced Time the incorruptible police of my Country Canada and of my Province Quebec doesn't have any more to pay for some corrupt members of the police who're entailed by the Spirit of the Error.

Considering that on July 1st, 2002, in this HOLIDAY of CANADA, I was threatened by a policeman and a policewoman who working under Mister Michel Carpentier's orders, Director of the Service of Sherbrooke's Police.

Considering that I don't have to pay for a crime which I've never committed and which I don't have to bear more the weight of the crimes having been committed by another man who'd received the same judicial identity as mine even first name, the same surname, the same height, the same weight, the same day, month, year of birth, the same social security number (SSN) without however having the same colour of eyes. Having never had the tattooed arms and having the blue eyes while the mass rapist had the brown eyes and had both tattooed arms. 

Considering that the Service of Sherbrooke's Police has to repent rather than continuing to be allowed fool by the SPIRIT of the ERROR! 

Considering that Canada armed itself with a Criminal Intelligence Directorate (CID) to encouraged to seek out and explore emerging issues and to examine little known but potentially important aspects of existing criminal activity. Over the past few years, analysts have completed special reports and studies on, among other things, telemarketing and securities fraud, data encryption and police corruption. Indeed, the corruption study became a catalyst for the development of a comprehensive RCMP anti-corruption strategy.

Considering that G8 don't have to fears me because I did nothing wrong against my Country and in the same way I do not need to fear. G8 need to consider me as the biggest antiterrorist activist of Canada since 1995 and that didn't hurt.

After some attempt of my part to obtain JUSTICE, I'm obliged to build an Internet page TO WAKE THOSE WHO SLEEP because I'm one of the VICTIMS of this ACTIVE POLICE CORRUPTION for a long time already. In this July 30th, 2002, it's by the POWER of the KING of kings and the LORD of the Lords that I write this page of history, for all these victims who were inequitably deceived, accused, beaten, chased away, harassed, hurt, killed, knocked down, given drugs inequitably, imprisoned inequitably, mistreated, persecuted, pushed to the suicide, scolded, stolen, threatened, tortured, usurped, by one or several policemen of the Service of Sherbrooke's Police. I also write this page of Internet history for all policemen who worked closely or by far in one or some of these squalid histories so that they can receive the necessary GRACE to repent with the heart. 

I remember very well this Friday, December 23rd, 1983, when two fair citizens affected who was call to fill a contract to install some carpet had been shut with a machine-gunned in their bed at the Motel Châtillon in Rock Forest. I said to myself at this moment there that would  have been able to be me because I was called to use the hotel business as every commercial traveller. It was considered in the time as the police error of the century. Please, imagine families concerned closely or by far by these municipal policemen of Sherbrooke who'd just registered a very sad page of history in the Quebecer judicial annals by killing Mister Serge Beaudoin, 33-year-old, father of a 5-year-old boy. Mister Beaudoin was a fair citizen who was machine-gunned by eight bullets fired through the door of the room # 5 of the Motel Châtillon at the boulevard Bourque of Rock Forest by André Castonguay, an investigator counting 14 years of service within the Sherbrooke's Municipal Police.

André Castonguay this machine gunner was promoted Captain of the criminal inquiries of the Service of Sherbrooke's Police after a multidisciplinary team came to his help. I remember that André Castonguay had lived the influence of the panic in the corridor of this motel. He was very brings down by an emotional shock which led him in a hypoglycaemia state doubtless, then slippery in a very deep depression in to say about this multidisciplinary team. The behaviour of André Castonguay in my place since 1997 carries me to believe that this man knew how to convince everybody in the time when he deserved a promotion by using a hypocritical repentance. I believe that a Democratic Society where reigns god's ascendancy and the SUPERIORITY of the RIGHT has to recognize the error of such a promotion. Because I'm convinced as some that this promotion made only entailed the Service of Sherbrooke's Police in the unprecedented corruption, even if this Service seems to be incorruptible in general seen from the outside.

The Shooting of Rock Forest according to the witnesses!

The death rapes of Serge Beaudoin, age 33, of Ancient-Lorette, arose within the framework of the police inquiry following the murder of a guard of it Of Brink in the Carrefour of Estrie of Sherbrooke. In the afternoon: Jean-Paul Beaumont leaves his place of residence of Ancienne-Lorette to go  to Sherbrooke with is small van to help his friend Serge Beaumont to install some carpet in a building. At 05:10AM: Beaumont arrives by bus at Sherbrooke, having had to abandon its vehicle in Saint-Louis-de-Blandford's region following a mechanical problems. He goes already to Bell's, in taxi, to join his friend Beaudoin there.

Thursday, December 22nd: 

At 06:30AM: Beaumont and Beaudoin finish their work and leave Bell Canada's building. At 07:30AM: both affected persons of carpet rent the unit 5 of the motel Châtillon, in Rock Forest, and go to bed to sleep. At 02:00AM : Beaumont and Beaudoin get up. Between 04:00AM and 04:45AM: they leave the motel to go to eat, to make some shopping and to return in the work. At 04:15AM: two thieves enter in the Carrefour of Estrie, and surprise two guardians of the Brink's there. One of the guardian, Yvon Charland is killed stiff of a discharge of rifle in his face. The thieves flee by the door of service. Dozens policemen of the region begin operations to encircle the suspects during the next minutes, but in vain.

Friday, December 23rd: 

At night: discovery of a first stolen vehicle, on the ground of car park of Sherbrooke's brewery, in the limits of Rock Forest. The car had been reported stolen from Sainte-Foy. At 04:30AM: Beaumont and Beaudoin finished their work. At 05:00AM: they arrive at the motel, take each a shower and go to bed. At 05:10AM: the sergeant Yvon Charpentier and the agent Mario Laliberté, of Rock Forest, identify another car stolen, on the car park of the Plaza Rock Forest, from about 1 500 feet of the motel Châtillon. They find a blue windbreaker, balls of revolver as well as rifle there. This car is identified a little later formally as having been of use to the thieves of the Carrefour of Estrie. At 05:25AM, the Sergeant Charpentier informs, by telephone, the detective Roger Dion, at Sherbrooke, that one's just found a car stolen on the car park of the Plaza Rock Forest. A little later: the policemen of Sherbrooke appear at the shopping center, take up the aforementioned vehicle and make it drag to Sherbrooke. The detectives ask then to the policemen of Rock Forest to verify hotels and motels of their territory, saying now some to himself that the thieves haven't left the region yet.

At about 06:00AM: the policemen of Rock Forest meet Mr. Guy Donahue to the motel Châtillon and learn that two individuals of the Ancienne-Lorette rented a room the day before, at the unusual one o'clock. The physical description coincides with that of the suspects of the murder arisen to Sherbrooke. The information is communicated to the investigators of Sherbrooke. Some minutes later, the detective Michel Salvail communicates with the sergeant Charpentier and says to him: «We comes down», while asking him, to keep an eye, at distance, on the motel. At about 06:15AM: the sergeant Roger Cloutier, of Sherbrooke's police force, is asked to gather all the available agents for an operation. We will have to arm our self with waistcoats bullet shield. The detective Salvail, Dion and Castonguay meet seven agents and explain them briefly that one believes to have encircled the suspects with Rock Forest and that we'll lead an operation to «surprise effect» to try to clamp them if they're still in their room.

At 06:45AM: the sergeant Cloutier takes the initiative to phone to a company of ambulances so that they keeps an ambulance in «stand by» during the next minutes. «As a safety precaution», he says. At 06:50AM: all the policemen meet on the car park of the Plaza Rock Forest. The detective Salvail goes to meet policemen of Rock Forest, to the motel Châtillon, takes information there and returns on the car park where, in the snow, he draws a sketch of places to familiarize the policemen with the place which they'll have to invade. At 06:55AM: the policemen invade the motel. At least seven of enter they set place in strategic places outside. One proceeds to the operation and the shooting bursts. At 06:58AM: a first ambulance is called to the motel Châtillon. At 07:05AM: one asks for one the other ambulance. At 07:10AM: the first ambulance arrives at the motel and picks a first wounded person. At 07:18AM: the ambulance arrives to Sherbrooke's Hotel-Dieu with the wounded person Beaudoin. At 07:24AM: the second ambulance arrives at the motel. At 07:32AM: The ambulance restarts in the direction of Sherbrooke with the second wounded person Jean-Paul Beaumont. A little later: the wounded person Serge Beaudoin is transferred by the Hotel-Dieu in CHUS because of the gravity of his state. At 10:20AM: Serge Beaudoin dies on the table of operation where they tried to save his life in CHUS.

The expert in ballistics Yvon Thériault: 21 balls in the door of the motel and the four made to the unit 4 occupied by Mr. Edward Redden and his wife. 

It appear in the inquiry of the coroner that both policemen who fired are the detectives Roger Dion who has admitted used a pistol of calibre 45 by firing the first shot because he was afraid of dying and then André Castonguay would have fired a little more than 2 seconds because his weapon of service was a machine-gun of 9mm being able to be put in automatic mode with an answer of 10 balls/seconds. The detective Roger Dion and André Castonguay always received their full salary nevertheless.

IN the SUPPORT OF HIS ACTION,  THE APPLICANT EXPOSES RESPECTFULLY WHAT FOLLOWS:

1. The plaintiff was born at Verdun June 20^th 1957, under the name of Serge Lacombe, name that he officially take until July 12^th 1996;

2. In date of July 12^th 1996, the plaintiff was authorized by the civil state Director to use the name of Serge Bourassa-Lacombe;

3. In date of February 11^th 1995, the plaintiff had not any psychiatric past or not any mental disorder;

Seeing this unlikely scenario that draw up in front of his eyes, the plaintiff had decided to do not leave it at that and to goes himself to the Police Station in order to having them knowledge his version of the facts and to avoid the humiliation of an police intervention in his own apartment;

17. On time arrived at the Police Station, those latter never had permit to the plaintiff to give is version of the facts, they had rather let him waiting in the hall before to ask him to follow them in a place where they let him think that he can gives his reasons;

18. He was taking place into a patrol vehicle and drive directly to the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Sherbrooke, located on the 12^th North Avenue at Fleurimont;

19. The plaintiff was, immediately taking in charge by the personal of the hospital who, without delay and all ways under the supervision of the police forces had places the plaintiff in a separately room is number 22 of the emergency of the hospital previously mentioned;

20. All in all the plaintiff was kept during forty eight (48) hours at the emergency of the before mentioned hospital and was after wards transferred at the wing 4B without knowing to the plaintiff who they told him that they bringing him in a more comfortable room;

21. The plaintiff who had never consent in a freeway and enlightened to his maintain into a hospital was in this way prisoner contrary his will for a total period of fifty-seven (57) days, so be it until April 12^th 1995 inclusively;

22. The plaintiff was totally private of his freedom during this period, except for three (3) conditionals outing that was being authorized for March 5^th, march 11^th as well as April 11^th 1995;

Anonymous meeting Windsor (Quebec) 1997

I met many persons since 1995 which were touched by the opening of my heart and the KING of kings and the LORD of the Lords used me in many occasions to save human and/or animal lives. I remember having met a man in Windsor a municipality which is situated in approximately 20 minutes of the city of Sherbrooke. Having told him my history and my mission this man in his turn told me that he was native of Sherbrooke and that all his family still lived in this city but that however he could never return to this city. My reaction was spontaneous and I he made noticed that one lives in a free country and that he should have this freedom to be able to visit or live to Sherbrooke.

He still says to me that it'd be impossible because having had a difficult childhood he began making hundred informed evil things during his adolescence to continue in his adulthood. He admitted me to have been in jail and of the penitentiary. He also says to me that he'd quite served sentence to the society, he'd understood by living inside a penitentiary that GOD was much stronger as him. What had brought him to repent with the heart to live then a good social reintegration which began in Sherbrooke. This social reintegration was however of short duration because on day he had walked peacefully on one of the pavements of the city. The policemen of Sherbrooke then picked him up where he was at this moment. The man continues to say to me that several policemen of Sherbrooke had beaten him up, then they had empty on him two or three beer bottles. To say to him finally: «You were drunk, then one brought you to the Police Station and your CHUS in stairs. OK!» The man eventually said to me in front of this violence and this pursuit I decided that it was better for me to leave the city and to never return there.

While this man told me his history, the KING of kings and the LORD of the Lords revealed me that this man was of the most real and that his history wasn't imagined but very really. How much are they to have the same kind of lived? Whatever he in itself one is already too much because here we lives in Quebec in Canada!..

I've never had problems of mental health but by means of a broadcast emission of very known TV, I contacted a single-parent family where a young boy was regularly guarded lock-up in his room under the advices of a follower of CHUS who was identified in civil judicial procedures begun against me to hide all the affair, this without considering a criminal pursuit organized with the cooperation of service of police of the city of Sherbrooke in which I'd been followed during 30 hours to build it and from which I was settled. I shan't pass under silence also that SHERBROOKE'S DPJ supported all this violence victims of the defenceless children of which were. I discovered your site accidentally and it gave me a certain fright by discovering that the psychological abuses would be a common thing in CHUS and in the city of Sherbrooke. I don't know any more if I've to continue to try to denounce all the history because only against all this «mafia» which I discover well structured, I run out. Good luck in your steps.

Sherbrooke December on 2000

A man whom I met in Sherbrooke EL SHADAÏ'S and CHAUDRONNÉE soup popular, I know that he lives on the social security and that he's an alcoholic. In December 2000, he wanted to sell me 4 beer bottles to eat because he'd too much drunk and he was very hungry. He was so hungry that he wanted to sell them to me for two dollars. Maybe he wanted to tested me with this deal! Be that as it may I took from him two beer bottles and I gave him five dollars, he insisted on giving me four. I made him understand that would be better of it kept two for his next day. I noticed that he had recently been beaten. He entrusted me that the 1st of December, he went to a grocer's shop and that he had been stolen all his money by making attacked from behind. When he had woken up from this attack, he phoned to Sherbrooke's police to report have been knocked out and stolen. It is then that the policemen came to meeting him and to take not a report of event on the theft, but rather put back to him a fine to have met him drunk on the public place. Is it a commonness in the police? Sure thing to Sherbrooke it's not the only case of the kind.

Marc Gilbert deceived by the medicine and the police!

I know Marc Gilbert since summer, 1997, it's true that Marc is an ex-addict become Junkie of the legal drug. On March 03rd, 2002, I'd gone to visit him with a friend and I'd noticed that he had far too much side effect by the overdose of medication that the doctors of the CHUS prescribed to him. I saw him again on March 31st, 2002 and I learn from him that he was persecuted by policemen of Sherbrooke because he's known as being  a man who listens to some Christian music by means of its Walkman. It's necessary to know that Mister Gilbert was finally expelled from his house of room of the street Aberdeen on March 14th and been transferred at Maison Saint Georges, located at 433,  Marquette street while the Police station is in 400 of the same street. 

Now, on March 28th at about 04:00AM, Marc decides to go to take a walk because he doesn't any more manage to sleep. It is then that he meets in front of the building of communication Quebec on the Belvedere North street in Sherbrooke, not far from his place of residence. He fell on the pavement in trouble of health and he addresses about two young people 18 years which passed there, so that they can ask for him that they drives him to the hospital because of respiratory difficulty caused by the absorption of a too important prescription of medicines. Policemen working in the service of Sherbrooke's police arrived and according to Mister Marc Gilbert, they tortured him, then handcuffed by saying to him: «You needed attention there is tension!» When they arrived on the scene, they asked to both young people to go away because they didn't have to deal any more there. They'd gone out of two automobiles patrols and of a small van of patrol which was between both automobiles. They'd arrived two by vehicles to leave four in the small van to accompany Marc not to the hospital but indeed at the police station.

In police station, they searched him then they put him in a cell. A police in the wait knowing that he is Christian had gone to stretch out him a pornographic review to spend time. Then because he used some biblical verses have the threatened with a bottle of Cayenne pepper. Finally before of he was released, the agent Lemieux roll on # 1144 unit # 130 would have meant him at 05:25AM  the report of malpractice SBK020328004 to have become limp, to extended or to put to sleep in a place or a public place on March 28th, 2002 at 04:55AM in front of 200, rue Belvédère Nord, Sherbrooke.

It is then that the KING of kings and the LORD of the Lords asked me to park in the parking lot of the Tim Hortons in front of the restaurant. He taken then an authoritarian tone by saying to me that I was going to listen to him, I say to him that it'd be better for everybody whom he listens to me. I made for him noticed that the Tim Hortons was full of people, that there was also a lot of people who circulated at present on the King Ouest street and that all things its done before GOD OUR FATHER, in front of JESUS CHRIST of NAZARETH that given birth by the VIRGIN MARIA and in front of the HOLY SPIRIT and that we were also in the Easter Monday. Finally having make their checks having nothing against us, they've we to let leave by forbidding us to penetrate inside this Tim Hortons. I've to be afraid of nothing of them because the one who pays me is much more powerful than quite their forces gathered. 

Recommendation to G8!

For quite these reasons, it's strongly recommended to the G8 to ask the Canadian Government to put the Service of Sherbrooke's Police and the Police Deontology of Quebec under custody, however all their activities disputed knowing it's only the HURT of the ICEBERG. To establish a public inquiry on the Service of Sherbrooke's Police and on the Police Deontology of Quebec by the Direction of the criminal information (DRC) to track down, investigate and examine the police corruption which there's within the Service of Sherbrooke's Police as well as the Police Deontology of Quebec. It should be made as soon as possible for the Security of everybody. The whole to build a Better Country and Canada remains based on principles which recognize GOD'S ascendancy and SUPREMACY of the RIGHT.
