- Summarize the incident and explain your
reproaches. If you reproach to the police officer or special
constables some abusive remarks, obscene, blasphemous, discriminatory or
disrespectful, please bring back the words employed as exactly as possible.
I undersigned went to the police station
previously mentioned, as president-founder and controller of a foundation who bears my new
name. I am here to build a better future. I am a writer by the importance of the situation
not to say the urgency because there is an unquestionable interest for the security of the
public. Moreover the Minister for the public security, Mr Serge Ménard was sensitive to
the situation that I exposed to him in this historical letter of November 03, 1995 and had
taken time to answer it N\R:3768-1 by taking good note of the objectives of my foundation.
Let us begin last February 12 and 19 around
the same hour + or - 11:15, I ask so that one help me to formulate a complaint of criminal
nature towards people who in 1994-95 lied against me and caused by the fact a very serious
public misdeed and a very high treason. What caused to me a reparable injustice for me who
believe in the miracle because I have an unquestionable faith and my story will make
ending for the good of all if God wants it. Today in this 19 March 1997 10:30 which is the
anniversary of Joseph the father of Jesus, I am at the office of a commissioner for the
police deontology to denounce the police officers of the Police of Sherbrooke who did not
want to bring a complaint of criminal nature to the Attorney General of the crown.
Moreover, a company of Sherbrooke on more
than one hundred would have called it (911), The Tribune of Sherbrooke would have been
afraid of me on March 04, 1997 between 08:45 and 09:45, when I had sat to wait until a
journalist comes to meet me.
I was intercepted by a police lady she was
the driver accompanied by another police officer assisted by another car patrols not
identified with a police officer more graded around 11:25, at the corner of the street
Galt Ouest and Belvedere. To inquire into the reasons for this public insecurity caused
by the president/fonder of a foundation which bears my new name, because changed by Me
Guy Lavigne, director of the Civil State of Quebec. Inquire which will continue in front
of the detectives Richard Fontaine and Jean Perreault of the criminal investigations
office of Sherbrooke. It was on March 04, 1997 between 11:40 and 12:10, assessment of this
investigation, they had refused to inquire into Gaétane Gagné, Raynald Lacombe says
Renald, Yvan Denis, Gerard Déhaies... in order to obtain justice for the good of all!
