February the 12, and 19 1997 worms 11h15, I go to the police station of the municipal Safety of Sherbrooke. I ask to speak with one investigator to make investigation into the events, which have occurred on February 11, 1995 whereas I was put in arrest illegally by the police officers of the municipal Safety of Sherbrooke. I do not know the name of the police officer that ordered my arrest but I remember his face.

There was not following my steps of February the 12, and 19 1997. The police officer at the counter did not withdraw my request. He said to me that they would not make an investigation on the concern above.

Between February 07 and March 04, 1997, I had visited several companies of Sherbrooke to promote my foundation, the Foundation Serge Bourassa-Lacombe. One of the companies called the 911 to place a call of panic blaming me. It is the newspaper «La Tribune» of Sherbrooke, which carried felt sorry for on March 04, 1997 towards 09:50. Whereas I continued my promotional round, at the corner of the streets Belvedere Sud and Galt Ouest near the restaurant Pizza Stratos,

2 police officers, a man and a woman arrive in an identified vehicle, and another police officer in a phantom vehicle. The police officers of the identified vehicle asked to me whether if it was me which had gone at The Tribune. I theirs said yes. They mentioned to me that the criminal investigators of municipal Safety want to see me. I asked them why. I remind to them that I wanted to meet them February the 12, and 19 1997 and they did not want. The other police officer in the phantom vehicle arrived.

The police officers ask me to go to the police station. I ask to them whether I am under arrest. They said to me not but that the investigators want to see me. I said to them well I would see them during the day. The police officers said to me that they would like to take me with them but that they were going to bring me back to the corners streets Belvédère Sud and Galt Ouest thereafter. I am embarked in the vehicle identified in the back. The two police officers had sat ahead. I was not handcuffed.

I arrived at the police station in an office at the 2^E stages. The two investigators Richard Fontaine and Jean Perreault arrived. By preparing me for my meeting with the investigators, I put a bible on the table by mentioning to the investigators that I was initially to identify me with them. I showed them my two passports, of which my old passport in the name of

Serge Lacombe and my passport validate in the name of Serge Joseph Adrien Bourassa-Lacombe. I show them also my driving license. I said to the investigators that The Tribune made a criminal act by using the 911 in a futile way.

I benefited from this occasion to ask to these 2 investigators to start to make an investigation in regard to the criminal intrigues of Mrs. Gaétane Gagné and of Raynald Lacombe tells Renald my father concerning of the criminal acts that these 2 people made to me in 1994-95.

One of the investigators said to me that my joint tenant, Mrs Gaétane Gagné, did not make false evidence but which she lied. This investigator said to me that to lie it is not criminal. The two investigators indicated the exit to me, left to close the discussion while again refusing to make a criminal investigation.

The Police officers they had missed with their word by not bringing me back at the corners of the Belvédère Sud streets and Galt West. I left by my own means.
