Sometimes the various cabinet reshuffles can
caused some disadvantage and thus
to cause some additional times in order to build
a better country!
Paul Bégin was Minister for
Justice and Attorney General from September 26th, 1994 to August 25th, 1997,
then he was then replaced by
Serge Menard from August 25th,
1997 to December 15th, 1998, then was the turn of
Linda Goupil
from December 15th, 1998 to March 8th 2001 to take the changing. Since March
8th, 2001 Paul Bégin is back as Minister for Justice and Me
Nathalie Chouinard, her political adviser
acknowledged
receipt
of a history which has trailed for more than six years already!
I am convinced that my history starts to be taken with the serious one!
The Minister for the
public Security,
Serge Menard,
knows
all my history
since
November
8, 1995
in
which I
made him share
of the creation of Serge Bourassa-Lacombe
Foundation.
Moreover, I exposed has
certain
facts and situations to him in which I had been implied and who in fact were
very serious criminal charges coming from professors, police officers,
psychiatrists, doctors and male nurses The Minister was then sensitive to
the situation that I had exposed to him and had taken good note of the
objectives of my foundation. He was Minister for the public Security from
September 26th, 1994 to January 29th, 1996 thereafter
Robert Perreault replaced him from January 30th, 1996 to December 15th, 1998 for
finally withdrawing political life.
Mr Arthur J Pires,
Political Attached of Robert Perreault allowed himself to acknowledge receipt of
my
written letter of the center of detention RDP that it had received on January 28th
1997 in which I asked him to do what is necessary so that
justice is made in my file. Taking into account the nature of information
that I theirs had transmitted, Mr Pires decided than my correspondence did
not concern the jurisdiction of the minister for the public Security but of
that of
the
Minister for Justice, Mr. Paul Bégin
He thus allowed himself to forward
it to his Cabinet so that he can take the suitable action pursuant to it.
Serge Menard returned
to the Ministry for the Public Security since December 15th, 1998 and Me
Dany
Sauvageau, Political Adviser of
Serge Menard, acknowledged receipt of
my
correspondence of last 14 October
I was happy when Me Sauvageau ensured
me that my correspondence had been given to the minister and that they had
taken note of this latter with interest. Moreover, she said to me that they
had decided on
October
27 2000
to transmit all the
concern to the qualified service of the ministry, i.e. on the desk of the
deputy minister Me Jacques Brin d'Amour for suitable follow-up. In December
2000, Me Sauvageau informed me that the investigation would last normally
from two to four months and that when this latter would be supplemented the
file would return on the desk of
Serge Menard and that they will make at this
time there the decisions which proves to be necessary.
Without forgetting that
Paul Bégin works again as Minister for Justice and Attorney General and that
since March 8th, 2001. I always persist in this work that GOD in heart and I
am certain now that they are convinced that should be put all
the works about it so that justice is returned to me in largest of the
transparencies in order to enabling us to build a better country!
More especially as they will have of my share a great collaboration in order
to enable me to become an example to be given to the others.
- On April 14th,
2003, a new government was elected what drew away a change of power of
the Party of Quebec in the Liberal Party of Quebec and it is while
Jean
Charest new Prime Minister of Quebec named
Marc Bellemare as minister de la Justice and Public prosecutor from
April 29th, 2003 till April 27th, 2004. He was later replaced by Jacques
P. Dupuis from April 27th, 2004 till February 18th, 2005. Then February
18th, 2005 arrives the second cabinet reshuffle drawing away the
departure of Jacques P. Dupuis to become Deputy prime minister and
Minister of the public security. It is, now Yvon
Marcoux which act as minister de la Justice that one even who was
named Representative for the Ministry of Transport from April 29th, 2003
till February 18th, 2005 by
Jean
Charest.

- What want, I remember to have intended GOD
OUR-FATHER to say to me that I will obtain justice from men on this earth in my alive. When? I do not know!
However I can guarantee earliest will be best, the need is there we could
say, it goes from there for the public security!
