Robert Perreault, permit me to acknowledged receipt of your letter received last January 28th in which you asked him to make the necessary to render justice in your file. Taking in account of the nature of the information that you transmitted to us, it appears that your correspondence does not relieve from the Public Security Minister's jurisdiction but that of the Justice Minister, M. Paul Begin. I permit myself to pass it on to his Cabinet so that he will give an appropriate action. Please acknowledge, Mister, my best sentiments.
