I remember of March 22 Ref /N.: 20000314-211, the General Inspector of the financial institutions of the Government of Quebec told me that the SERGE BOURASSA-LACOMBE'S FONDATION was refused in regards to his charter as a non-profit organism. First it refused my signature, signature that I have done in front of Renée A Pépin, commissioner who had received my signature under an oath in Montreal March 14 2000. A second refusal is for the sentence "to denounce the medical Mafia and to fight its mental illness in order to build a better country". According to the General Inspector of the financial institutions of the Government of Quebec, the word Mafia is unacceptable and must be formulate again.
