Good day Jean, I am in Atlanta since July 14th, 1996 and will stay until August 4th, 1996, to be report all around the world with my companion "Fox". I realizing, in general people hate torture in all of form. It is the reason my story make her route. I write this letter, to permit you to prepare my return back home. Last may 17th, I sent you a fax of 95 pages at this number (613) 941-6900 from Tallahassee, Florida. I pulling a load of 245 pounds, Fox and I had cycle 800 km. together as of now. We will leave Atlanta august 4th, 1996 toward Savannah and after we will focus on New York, so it will be 17OOkm. with the responsibility of a dog, without salary and without governmental help as of now. This is the reason why, I write you this letter.
In principal, I will arrive in New York, September 1st, 1996 with my companion "Fox". I will contact your cabinet when we'll be there. As a President-Founder of Serge Bourassa-Lacombe's Fondation, I was very disappointed to ear last may 27th, from your cabinet that : your power is so limited that you was not able to become in help to my foundation. They also recommended me to sue the guilty in the court system or to put my story in the hand of Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
I believe in GOD and in my Country. Also, I comported myself like a Good Prince toward my Country. I am still proud to be a Canadian but I had lost to be proud as a Quebecer. In front of my soul state, you will have to make the following arrangement. I want to receive in New York all my new I. D. card including my passport under my new name, my medical report CHUS File: 398 068 defrost and deliver on a silver plate. Also I want you to hold an International Press Conference before even my return to my country. If, I am not able to be receive like a great athlete, a professional cyclist after all this journey to help others. I will defect and apply for my political refugee status.
