RE: Serge Bourassa-Lacombe 103 Rue Street Oxford Crescent Apt. 105 Lenoxville, Quebec Dear Sirs, I write this letter in concern for, Serge Bourassa-Lacombe. I have known him for quite some time now. As Serge has visited America he has been a guest in our home and begin to work with us in ministry outreach. We had been in constant contact with Serge as he journeyed back to Canada and he is considered to this ministry has a mission outreach worker. We have need for Serge to be back with us here at the ministry home that he may work and train more in the need of the ministry. We are a prison and homeless outreach ministry. We are glad and ready to sponsor Serge Bourassa-Lacombe into our country as a worker in this ministry. We are full aware of the happenings in his life in Canada from 1995 forward. We are also full aware of his course and actions as he cycled through our fair state of Florida and northward toward Canada. Concerning those things that happened to him in Canada we can only say that we are glad that they are past and gone. Concerning his course and actions in our country we do truly say that he represented himself and this ministry in a orderly, upright and open manner. We do support Serge Bourassa Lacombe as a man who upholds law and order, and as a man who cares to present himself well and good toward people everywhere. We are aware of Serge's name change on July 12, 1996 and we do support him and understand the need in this. We as a people and as a ministry are ready to receive Serge Bourassa-Lacombe into our country as a friend and as a co-worker in this ministry. Thank you for your attention and care. Sincerely
