This present letter must be send from New York to fax (613) 941-6900, September 12 ^th 1996, which will correspond with my 490 days of homeless life. It is an update of this written letter of this pass July 26, from Atlanta, Georgia, Host City of the Olympic Games.

I remember the beautiful Province of Quebec (Je me suis souviens de La Belle Province) and I remember during 2000 miles (3200 km) from August 24 ^th to November 17 ^th 1995 commemorated Terry Fox this Canadian cripple of a leg who fight for a cause who was is after he had lost a leg because of the cancer. His fight was to run across-country in Canada from Nova Scotia to Vancouver, Canada had install a monument beside the Trans-Canada Hwy in Thunder Bay (Ontario) after the cancer win against him. I cited this man all along my journeys because same like me he was a hard believer : Quebec and New Brunswick in Canada and after in United-States: Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut and New York. All those people will remember my imitative talents. Same like him, I will fight until I die against the mental sickness. God, bring me in this satanic place and after he miraculously bring me save from those torturers. With the expertise that I had receive, God ask me to reform the whole Psychiatric system, starting by the CHUS and Douglas Hospital. How many people had commit suicide in similar circumstances? Because, I am not the first who pass true those kind of treatment, Mrs. Alice Roby remember very well of her passage in this psychiatric world. How many people suffering under silent? Having decide to reveal nothing, hoping this torture cut it out in their life and/or accepting to take their medication to be in peace with their wrongdoer doctors.

In principal, I was suppose to arrive in New York September 1^st with my companion and vice-president Fox. Fox and I ride together more than 1500 miles (2400 km.). Like Terry Fox, Fox this puppy mix-breed of 1 year old show an incredible force of courage, he die at the Field of Honour, after he fight until he die. Millions of people will remember my loyal companion and Vice-president of my Foundation. He was special and nothing in this world will replace him. He bring a lot of interest for my Foundation by his desirable and in so short period of time. I will make so, all in my power to see our picture in the Guinness World Records Book and one day this picture will be immortalize on the two sides of a Blue Bird Coach Motor Homes or the equivalent. Because my transportation by bicycle will end September 12 ^th 1996.

I ask now to the Prime Minister of my Country, Canada: Honourable Jean Chretien to answer my request of last July 26 ^th to prepare my return in my Country. I need to remind you that, I believe in God and in my Country. And also, I forgive to all those people for the suffering they did to me, but I need to make sure that they will not remake this to any others. It is the reason why, I request again to the Prime Minister of Canada, to hold a Public Investigation Commission involving the RCMP. with myself as a President because I possess the clue, I was the target to get in 1995. This investigation will confirm with more details the criminal investigation that I had done in Quebec from April 11 ^th to October 11 ^th 1995. All those people involved in that conspiracy will have to recycle their work because they was not able to do their job right. As sample, God had create Doctor to heal, not to rending people sick. Also, All those criminals will have to put their pension plan and/or retreat "in Trust" Serge Bourassa-Lacombe's Fondation. This money will be use to promote justice for abused and oppressed people and also to reform very deep the psychiatric world. I remember you as a President-Founder, I will never take any salary at all. But my Foundation will see to feed me and housing me for the rest of my life, 1 will never live as a homeless.

I request an answer to commemorate my 500 days of homeless life. Since the beginning of this life and by the presence of Victor de Lamarre II, every where I go, I decrease the criminality and the suicide rate, because my testimony bring the faith in God, Jesus-Christ our Creator and Saviour.

It goes without saying that, everywhere in the Big Apple I will be to promote Serge Bourassa-Lacombe's Fondation for the next tree months. I will also put this homeless life on paper.
