- You from the Clerk's Office, which
sat at the Committee of police deontology, I undersigned invite you to recognize at the
dawn of this third millennium that we have the highest suicide rate in the world. You will
be able to always put your head in the sand as the ostriches do it so well.

- I, SERGE BOURASSA-LACOMBE,
refuse to close my eyes on the behaviour of several people who by abusing of their power,
organized their crime under the table and in hiding-place during 1995. I remind to you
that the behaviour of these people highly placed in our society, will have pushed me to
flee in the UNITED STATES exiles during 388 days. Now, I am back in my native land, Quebec
in Canada, in order to put all on the table, in front of everyone and that without
making any hunger strike to reach the purposes of my creator. What I saw occurring under
the table before fleeing of the country must be reveal in order to build a better country.
-
- April 29, 1997, I received from the
Control of the sickness insurance of Quebec (see Régie de l'assurance maladie du
Quebec) following my request, the information concerning the services paid by the Control
for my account. However, of this list, several professionals of health claimed moneys
without seen me. All, will be denounced to the Control, as you know it, without any
doubt,
who says defrauder, known as lying and which defrauder says also potential to
become a dangerous killer. Moreover, the words will always fly away as the writings will
always remain. Moreover, any truth is not good to say as any truth is good to read. For
this reason I prefer to write, convinced that the pen is mightier than the
sword.
-
- This being written, now let us go to
the complaints which were already formulated by myself.

-
- We understand now, why on July 18,
1995, Dr. Laurent Boisvert in duty for the Hospital of Verdun, refused to take care of my
feet, convinced that I was a manic-depressive paranoid schizophrenic. And
there, when
had arrived the MUC police, I never agreed to lay down in a bed to receive an injection.
All was organized against my will and against the Quebec charter for the rights and
freedom of the person. However, from the content of this complaint if it appears to you
that the circumstances in question do not justify the behaviour of an investigation in the
file. I understand from this complaint that the police officers intervened to ensure the
security of a criminal medical team. Moreover, the plaintiff recalls to you IN
MEMORIAM: the Honourable Richard Barnabe, taxi driver. IN
MEMORIAM: the Honourable Richard Barnabe, taxi driver.

-
- The assistant commissioner Louise
Marcotte, lawyer, answer to me in this file, negatively as well as
positively, as regards
holding an investigation.

-
- However, I pled that
these police officers came in my father home i.e. injured my reputation in front of my
family, by bringing back absolutely false remarks. However, I am not agreed with your
opinion when you say that they did nothing but their duty while answering this call and I
recall to you that we Quebecois have the most highest suicide rate in the world.
