April 1st 1999,Good Thursday, I Serge Joseph Adrien Bourassa-Lacombe will start a historic walk across my beautiful country to promote the respect of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights/our Canadian Charter of rights & freedom/our Quebec Charter of rights & freedom of the person.  What is more, I will also all along my journey evangelize the people in order to decrease the criminality, the relapse crime as well as the suicide rate.

Thereon, I will keep all the people well inform of my crusade to obtain justice in my free country well defeating the Medical Mafia and their mental illness during 5 700km.

Then Alberta : Lloydminster, Vermilion, Vegreville, Sherwood Park, Edmonton the Capital, Beaumont, Leduc, Westaskiwin, Ponoka, Lacombe, Red Deer, Innisfail, Olds, Airdrie, Calgary, Canmoore, Banff, Lake Louise (714km).  Then British Colombia : Golden, Rogers Pass, Revelstoke, Sicamous, Salmon Arm, Chase, Kamloops, Savona, Cache Creek, Ashcroft, Lytton, Boston Bar, Hope, Chilliwack, Abbotsford, Pt. Coquitlam, Vancouver, Richmond, Sidney, Victoria the Capital (888km). In all more than 153 towns will be travel through in around a hundred days for a good 5 700km. Hoping that some one will be please to bring me back home with less fatigue way of travelling.

After have lived 57 days of mental and physical torture of all kinds ;

After have lived to a chemical torture (Lithium, Haldol, Rivotril, Dalmane Ativan) ;

After have survive to a provoked intoxication the march 13^th 1995 at the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Sherbrooke renamed today as Centre Universitaire de la Santé de l'Estrie ;

After have been sequestered and torture the July 18^th 1995 at the Centre Hospitalier de Verdun renamed today Centre Hospitalier Angrignon ;

After have lived an identity crossing with a criminal wearing the same name, the same birthday and the same height than me

After have been exposed in my trips in a sorrow and into a work without relief. To the climatic dangers, to criminal dangers, to my closes for dangers, to the danger to cover more of 30 000km on hitchhike. To the danger to do mountain bike with a charge of 120 to 245pds across the North of America for more than 16 000km ;

To the danger to live in exile in the United-States during 388 days which's 7 months in Florida, 3 weeks in Atlanta during the Olympic summer Games of 1996 with my Vice-President «FOX», and 3 weeks in New York… ;

Often the day before without any shelter, in starvation and thirsty. Often in fasting and also in the cold without enough clothes. I've been 1 000 days without any income ;

After have lived 26 days in jail because I didn't want to freeze dead outside the January 4^th 1997 at Alma which's also 8 days in the Philippe Pinel Psychiatric Institute of Montreal.

After have obtained a change of name of the director of the civil state the July 12^th 1996 because I had serious and grave reason of such demand ;

After have obtained from the RCMP & SPCUM the destruction of my criminal file July 2^nd 1997 ;

After have obtained my medical file 398068 from CUSE after three years of proceeding, including the audition in front of the Commission of Social Affairs October 23^rd 1997 ;

Having been realized that it might happen to yourself and without taking about my daily preoccupation ; the care of other. God knows that I don't lie and his intend on me for that work ;

April 14th 1998, I had deposited a lawsuit of 1 888 000 $ in front of the Honourable Superior Court of Canada, against the Centre Universitaire de la Santé de l'Estrie and their medical team.

August 1st 1998, more than four thousand one hundred fifty (4150) km had been traveled by bicycle against heat, mountains, rain & wind, maintain an average of eighty (80) km/day even until traveled two hundred seventy two (272) km in two (2) days. In all promoting this historical found raising, to met influential people such as representative of Premier, Mayor, business people, police, news people in more to find all the sponsors that I had in need all a long my road.

Travel through also nine hundred (900) km by truck well from Havre St-Pierre to Aguanish by Transport Sept-Îles to avoid one hundred (100) km of road without pavement, from Aguanish to Natashquan by pick-up in order to do not miss the boat, in New Foundland from Terra Nova National Park by mini-van until Pouch Cove because a mechanic broke down and in New Brunswick from Fredericton to Florenceville & from Perth-Andover to Levis by a 18 wheels truck question to saving times.

Live during fifty five and half (55 1/2) hours in a boat to cover up the distance of one thousand (1 000) km in order to join the lands together, in more to cross the Confederation bridge of twelve (12.9) km.

Report of the mechanic broke down : twelve (12) flat tires, ten (10) wheels alignment, two (2) tires & two (2) rear wheels good for the recuperation & a broke pedal in two pieces.

Such as the lodging : three (3) nights in a Hotel as one in New Foundland C.P. Hotel four (4) stars, eight (8) nights in different motel, two (2) nights in a B&B, twenty two (22) nights in private homes, four (4) nights in a mobile homes, two (2) nights in a church, one (1) night in a parish family center, one (1) night in a port terminal, one (1) night & one (1) day in a boat, one (1) night in a barn, one (1) night in a accommodation cell at the Fredericton Police Station, three hours and half (3 1/2) in a bath-room & in an automatic car wash.

Nineteen (19) nights had been lived outside in my sleeping bag, all most of the time weak up by the cold.

This trip had asked me a big energy spend filled up by my acknowledge in nutrition. I was able to choose what I was in need to maintain me all along this periplus. That Mission was accomplished October 9^th 1998.   Over all more than 16 000km was peddled since the beginning of this present cause.  

Between November 25th and December 9th 1998, I testified under an oath before the Honourable Superior Court of Canada, against the Centre Universitaire de la Santé de l'Estrie and their medical team.

Today, I inviting you to financially contribute to permit me to reach the goal that Jesus-Christ fixed me.
