I wish to complain about the behaviour of the following police officer or special constables:

NATURE OF THE COMPLAINT

Summarize the incident and explain your reproaches. If you reproach to the police officer or special constables some abusive remarks, obscene, blasphemous, discriminatory or disrespectful, please bring back the words employed as exactly as possible.

January 10 a special constable comes to cell #? and requires Serge Lacombe. I present myself to him, I say to him politely and of a very calm tone in front of others accused: «My name is now Serge Bourassa-Lacombe since July 12, 1996 following a decision of the director of the Civil State Me Guy Lavigne.» Why this special constable handcuffed me in the way which follows: attached with another warned to my right, he shackle my right hand by tightening the latter with the last notch of possible stop and while saying: «Take this my Christ, you will learn.» Then we go to the 4th stage of the Court House, he detaches my companion and seized the part of shackle free then of a fast movement of whip moves his right hand severely from top to bottom in order to impress these three fellow-members of work, the whole in front of other accused in cell.

 

I will always be able to identify this special constable if you asked me to because nothing in the world can intimidate me and/ or to frighten me because I paid the Big price for a crime which I never committed and that it will be never my problem.

 

I am only one of the servants of Jesus and I know and recognize from where I get all this energy to just changed the things in order to decrease criminality, the relapse crimes as well as the suicide rate.

 

Moreover in this letter attached to this document, the second is the reflection of my heart before leaving the country and the Minister for the public security of the time, Mr Serge Ménard was sensitive to this situation which had been involve and had taken time to answer it N/R: 3768-1 by taking good note of the objectives of my foundation.

 

How much innocent victim will they have to still pay the price to obtain an of the same justice?

 

I am in a hurry that you allow me to return testimony at the time of a national round while starting with Coaticook which lost 4 + 1 teenager. If we want, we can succeed in changing things. «The Faith can make still raise mountains is necessary to believe in it !!!»
