NATURE OF THE COMPLAINT

July 22, 1995 at 03:46 and 05:02, I go to L/S A. Desautels
enr.,
4141, boul. Lasalle, Verdun to buy there ice (please refer on page 56 of a letter which I
certified by Canada Post, St-John, New Brunswick on November 03, 1995 that is to say
three days before exiling myself in the United States). I was maintained there by
excelling health, without income, nor criminality, this being verifiable at the FBI.
As from July 25, 1995, I communicate with several media as well
visual as auditory, in other station CKVL 850 AM.
July 30, 1995 04:08, I call CKVL with 790-0851. There is no
answer, without any doubt the radio broadcast which I listening is a recovery. The same
day, I repeat the exercise at 07:12, a man answer, I show my interest to him to express me
on the air on the invitation of this emission of alternative medicine, at this point in
time the line cuts off. I recall and convince the man to put me on standby while saying to
him: «That made already a week that I persist in wanting to express me on the air and
that if you does not give me the chance of it today, I will deposit a complaint to the
CRTC» Does this man ask to me whether that is a death threat? I ask to him whether he
were already threatened of death? And say to him that the traditional medicine death
threat me since February 11, 1995 and that they tried to then kill me several time for
this reason I make a point of returning testimony to this emission of alternative medicine
which denounces these bad medical practices.
During this waiting on the telephone. The police posts #22
arrives at the 24, street Gordon, Verdun towards 07:30. My father will answer the
door. He
makes enter these two police officers who moves towards me in the kitchen. The police
officer, oldest of both says to me that the receptionist of CKVL called them to say to
that I uttered to him death threats on the telephone. My reaction was spontaneous in front
of my father and these two police officers, me which remained sited on my chair, dressed
of a dressing gown in their saying: «This man lied.» The same police officer says to
me then: «We had recorded your conversation.» I their answer: «Seek it to me this
conversation because this man lied.» The two police officers left without never
returning. What did it occur below the table?
