Friday, May 04 2001, I go to the Caisse populaire Desjardins West of Villeray is in their Center of St. Lawrence service, 8535, boulevard the St. Lawrence Montreal (Quebec) H2P 2M9 Telephone: (514) 382-6096. It be 15h10 when I learn that the schedule just to change, i.e. that rather than de closed at 4:00PM it closed at 2:00PM. On the other hand they invite us to ring them between 2:00PM and 4:00PM to receive a service, I ring and a lady answer me that they are now closed Friday at 2:00PM however Jarry East they are open their until 4:00PM to offer a service of cashier.

I thus arrive at the Caisse populaire Desjardins of Villeray West - Transit: 815-30219, 205, street Jarry East, Montreal, (Quebec) H2P 1T6 Telephone: (514) 382-6096 to learn that they are open until 2:00Pm to obtain the service of a cashier and until 4:00PM for all other service. I must thus used their automatic teller machine, it is 3:25PM. I deposit my Welfare check of 755.42 $ bus I am classified by the Social Welfare like living with a severe employment constraint. Thereafter, I quickly realize which I am in the incapacity to withdraw more than 300 $. I am a little to oppose by this constraint and I say to myself whereas I will be able to recover the 455.42 $ next Monday.

Monday on May 7th 2001, I go to the Caisse populaire Desjardins - Transit: 815-30500, 5-100, Promenade, Complexes Desjardins, Post-office box 244 Desjardins Branch, Montreal (Quebec) H5B 1B4 Telephone: (514) 281-7101. I then learn by the cashier that the 455.42 $ coming from Social Welfare are frozen for the six next days. Knowing that I asked already several times at the Caisse populaire Desjardins Sherbrooke-East - Transit: 815-50037, 2, street Bowen South, Sherbrooke, (Quebec) J1G 2C5 Telephone : (819) 565-9991 not to do that, but rather to allow me to withdraw at the automatic cashier the approximate value of the amount of the sum which the Social Welfare pays me monthly. I went to the 39e floor of the Complex rather than assume the expenses of a long distance call towards the Caisse populaire Desjardins which cannot satisfy my request. It was 12:10PM when I met the receptionist, I identify me with my card of business to her, moreover, I explain her the behaviour of the Caisse populaire Desjardins Sherbrooke-East as they freeze my social assistance check. She suggests me to deposit a formal complaint against the Caisse populaire Desjardins Sherbrooke-East. To be done, she says to me that I will have to return in the same building, on the 9th floor around 1:30PM and to ask either Line A. Pomerleau or Monique Leduc at the complaints service.  

Before leaving her, I had taken the time to told her that : as Terry Fox wanted to overcome cancer after having lost a leg of this disease, it is legitimate for me to overcome the mental illnesses after having lived : sequestration illegal during 57 days, public misdeeds, manufacture of forgery, use of forgery, ways of facts, harassing criminal, physical and mental torture, chemical torture (Lithium, Haldol, Rivotril, Dolmane, Ativan, Cogentin, Mellaril and Stelazine), attempt at murder per overdose of legal drugs, plot and persecution forcing an exile. One of the agents asks to me whether I can positively   identify me using an identity card, I then show him my passport and my driver license. I ask this agent to identify him, he says to me to be called Pierre Beaudoin, Director of the security and invited me to take is telephone number (514) 281-1870. I register the whole in my electronic organizer Sharp ZQ-180, they check if a complaint was formulated officially. Claude Desjardins, Chef of the Security for the Confederation of the Movements of the Caisse populaire Desjardins confirms it by telecommunication. The police officers are on the way and while waiting for their arrival, one of the agents also speaks by telecommunication with ambulance men.  

The agents of district Pascal Arsenault Number 3624 and Samuel Baker Number 2546 of the police station # 21 1180, street Sainte-Elisabeth, Montreal (Quebec) H2X 3C4 Telephone : (514) 280-0121 Fax : (514): 280-0621 arrived there at or towards 1:45PM. The agent Fournier questions them, Pierre Beaudoin the Director of Security confirm the charges was real. The agent Fournier requires of me to identified me with an identity card. I present my passport to him as my drivers license. I also explain to him that my name was changed on July 12th, 1996 by the Director of the Civil State Me Guy Lavigne. The agent Fournier notices the beauty of my official jacket, I then place myself back against all these people so that they can see the inscription on this one. Then the Fournier agent asks me whether I have a weapon on me, I then comes out of my left pocket a small sport knife, Swiss kind with a six cm blade and without notch of stop. The agent Fournier confiscates it from me in front of the security agents, then arrives Claude Desjardins. While the agent Fournier questions Mr Desjardins, I show my black book to the agent Arsenault. The agents of the SPCUM had received the event number: 20010507- 025, then they accompany me until we where outside with the invitation not to come back at that drama place. I their confirm my desire to go to the Royal Bank. I mention to the agents of the SPCUM that I had distributed 10 000 businesses cards since the beginning of the year around the Megantic Lake and from Montreal to Quebec City while passing by Lanaudiere, Mauricie and the Saint-Jean Lake. I intend also to design a Web page concerning this public misdeed by banking plot in addition to being premeditated.

I obtain at 2:h32PM a advance of 200. 00 $ from the Royal Bank - 1511, 1 Place City Marie Mez-1 Montreal (Quebec) H3C 3B5 Telephone : (514) 874-3310. I will thus absorb the bank charges for this advance moreover I will have to spend 11.50 $ to obtain the report of events from the SPCUM: 20010507- 025 in order to allow you to know the bottom of this history.

As him you were tortured because of my JESUS SON. He was tortured in prison, physically and mentally while you were tortured physically, mentally and chemically. He was assassinated you will be it never! NEVER! I want that you carry this nickname and that you faces all the consequences, me I deal with the remainder.» I declared this fact at the time of a testimony under an oath during Fall 1998 at the Court House of Sherbrooke. 

Agent K-T Ho Huu asked it whether humanly is possible for a person to be able to come out of such an intense miscarriage of justice including even tortures and all the remainder. 140. (1) [Public mischief] Every one commits public mischief who, with intent to mislead, causes a peace officer to enter on or continue an investigation by

(a) making a false statement that accuses some other person of having committed an offence;

(b) doing anything intended to cause some other person to be suspected of having committed an offence that the other person has not committed, or to divert suspicion from himself;

(c) reporting that an offence has been committed when it has not been committed; or

(d) reporting or in any other way making it known or causing it to be made known that he or some other person has died when he or that other person has not died.                                            

(2) [Punishment] Every one who commits public mischief

(a) is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years; or

(b) is guilty of an offence punishable on summary conviction.

(2) [Punishment]Every one who commits an offence under paragraph(1)(a) is guilty of

(c).every one who attempts to commit or is an accessory after the fact to the commission of an offence punishable on summary conviction is guilty of an offence punishable on summary conviction; and

(d) every one who attempts to commit or is an accessory after the fact to the commission of an offence for which the offender may be prosecuted by indictment or for which he is punishable on summary conviction

(i) is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding a term that is one-half of the longest term to which a person who is guilty of that offence is liable, or

464. [Counselling offence that is not committed] Except where otherwise expressly provided by law, the following provisions apply in respect of persons who counsel other persons to commit offences, namely,

(a)every one who counsels another person to commit an indictable offence is, if the offence is not committed, guilty of an indictable offence and liable to the same punishment to which a person who attempts to commit that offence is liable; and

(b)every one who counsels another person to commit an offence punishable on summary conviction is, if the offence is not committed, guilty of an offence punishable on summary conviction.

465. (1) [Conspiracy] Except where other wise expressly provided by law, the following provisions apply in respect of conspiracy:

(b) every one who conspires with any one to prosecute a person for an alleged offence, knowing that he did not commit that offence, is guilty of an indictable offence and liable

(i) to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years, if the alleged offence is one for which, on conviction, that person would be liable to be sentenced to death or imprisonment for life or for a term not exceeding fourteen years, or

(ii) to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years, if the alleged offence is one for which, on conviction, that person would be liable to imprisonment for less than fourteen years;

(c) every one who conspires with any one to commit an indictable offence not provided for in paragraph (a) or (b) is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to the same punishment as that to which an accused who is guilty of that offence would, on conviction, be liable; and

(d)every one who conspires with any one to commit an offence punishable on summary conviction is guilty of an offence punishable on summary conviction.
