LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING

RE: TEMPORARY RESIDENCE AT 1245 KING ST WEST FOR MONTREAL GUESTS

Houselink is happy to offer temporary residency to you as you pass through Toronto, walking across Canada in support of consumer/survivors. Thank you for letting us make this small contribution to your efforts.

You will not be charged rent for your stay at 1245 King St West, Apt. B1. You will be given keys to the building, and apartment. Please return these when you leave. Please understand that as our guest, you are not covered as a tenant under the Tenant protect Act. This arrangement is short-term only and will last not longer than July 4/99,
