INTEREST RATES

The interest rates that the minister of the Education will applicant, the July 1^st 1998 to April 30^th 1999, on all balance on all too much accepted grant will be at 9,625 %. Those rates will go in force for all the accepted grant in too much received, including the ones who had been before the attribution years 1998-1999. The will be by the matter be revised each year.

METHOD OF REIMBURSEMENT

Also a modification had been brought to the article 43 of the law on Schools financial help relatively on the reimbursement of too much accepted grant.

This modification will permit to the Ministry to directly deduct of all financial help to emit, The received amount without have the right on it the person who own those amount to the ministry will be permit to see is grant or is loan diminished of those amounts
