The cited person in this rubric had effectively met with a refusal of consulting of his medical file at CHUS in 1995. The attending psychiatric physician had judged at that time that the knowledge of some information had been prejudicial for the patient.

The Commission of access of the information had also been distress of refusal, but I have not on hand this file.

A new demand of access had been filed at CUSE in April 1996 by the patient. The summarize file authorized by the psychiatric physician had been send at an address in Florida, like that asked.

In January 1997, a copy of the clinic file had been transmit to the Institut Philippe Pinel, at the patient request.
