As stipulated in Article 27, we advise you by writing that you are still lock-up in a close cure at the psychiatric department of Sherbrooke University Hospital Center. The first evaluation confirming the close cure was done on March 17 ^th. 1995 by Doctor Lynn Gaudreault, Psychiatric physician. and the second evaluation was done on March 19 ^th. 1995 bv Doctor Jean-Philippe Boulenger, Psychiatric Doctor. As required by law. a third evaluation was done on April 5 ^th 1995 by Doctor Lynn Gaudreault. Psychiatric physician. And the decision was to keep the close cure.
